Proposals from Non-Parliamentary Parties Will Be Heard in the Election Bill

Deputy Speaker Sufmi Dasco Ahmad assured that proposals from political parties without seats in the House will also be accommodated in deliberations on the Election bill, ANTARA reported on 24 September 2026.

Dasco has described discussions on the bill, including proposals on electoral thresholds and the timing of elections, as still at an early stage.
